You are bidding on a World War II official U.S. Marine Corps photo titled "More Fuel". The photo measures approximately 8" tall and 10" wide. The following is stamped in purple ink on the back: "MORE FUEL---U.S. Marines unload gas and oil drums from an LST on the beach at Bougainville. This fuel will supply tanks planes and trucks in that operation. DIST LIST STOCK Hdqrs. No. 68,229 WATCH YOUR CREDIT LINE OFFICIAL U.S. MARINE CORPS PHOTO". There is also a sticker adhered to the back with the same typed description of the photo. The photo does not lie flat but is in good condition. The corners show minor wear and some discoloration.
