Vtg lot of 47 WW2 WWII military plane Naval ship pictures from Of Owen Freeman

Up for auction is a lot of 47 World War 2 WWII unreleased images from the estate of naval officer Owen Freeman, a picture of him is included. He was responsible for photographic evidence and got into surveying countries for the US Government after the war. The pictures include battleships, sea planes and shots of navy ships in battle with the Japanese. An image of Japanese soldiers in prison is one of a number of shots that may be difficult to view. He was stationed parts of the Philippines as well. Plenty of mid-air explosions, shrapnel images etc as you scan the images. Not for the faint of heart. He was also an aviator for the navy so you can see the shots he took in the harbor. More sets being offered and I will combine shipping. These images are 8x10 glossies from the original negatives and have reference numbers and descriptions of each image in pencil on the back. Some tanning around the edges and chipping  of a few. They will ship with USPS Media Mail. More information on officer Freeman is available. There is no reserve on this auction and I believe the images were not released.
