1. Adopting aerodynamics technology & The current round principle, reduce the temperature in pelletizing chamber and keep around 90°C, as a result the machine can work well continuously.
2. Timing feeder can control the feeding speed to lower the block ratio.

4. Capacity increased after adding another force feeder made from stainless steel to increase the feeding spread area.

are forging pieces. Now, the processing of our ring die can reach
to 800-1000MT. Ring die is assembled by quick-discharge clip.

Limited Warranty
Our pellet mills are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 90 days after delivery. The warranty does not cover "consumable" wear items such as rollers and press. Users are responsible for paying the replaced parts and relative charges. The warranty does not include costs associated with the repair of damaged units determined to be caused by improper handling and/or operation. If any components are damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately.
SHIPPING
NOTE: The shipping and handling time for this machine is approximately eight 8-10 weeks to most U.S. locations. Shipping to any major port worldwide is free. You will have to pick up from the port or port warehouse in some cases you could be picking up in a warehouse in your city. Door to door shipping is available and we will quote upon request.  Shipping will not include your country port handling or import tax if any apply.
