    Description

    Up for bid is a lot of two original photographs showing B-17s in flight and in flak.  The first picture shows contrails, flak bursts and clouds as B-17s fly.  Appears to be taken out the waist gunner's position.  The second photo shows a B-17 close up, bomb doors open, contrails going, with a -N on the tail.  With that marking, I believe these are from the 490th Bomb Group based on those markings (It also appears to have a colored top of the tail like the 490th markings). Measures 3.5 x 4.5 and 3.5 x 5.5 inches. Please email with any questions before bidding. I have done my best to accurately describe the item. You will receive what you see, so please look carefully.
