    Description

    This is a photograph of very handsome sailor identified on the back as Cledeth Smith and dated January, 1944.  He has signed the front of the photo "Love Clete."  The picture is 4 & 1/2" by 3 & 3/4" with a bit of wear at the corners.  What a great dude!  Hope he made it through the war.
