Fine Antique Hammersley & Co. Teacup & Saucer-RD 150153-Made in England 1890's?

Description

This beautiful Hammersley & Co. teacup and saucer are antique. I looked them up on Worthpoint and it says these date back to the 1890's. I am no expert on antiques so please look at the pictures and you be the judge.
The teacup measures approx. 2.25" high and 3.5" in diameter. There are some black specs that seem to be imbedded, and some staining inside the cup.
The saucer measures approx. 5.5" in diameter.
The edges of both are heavily gilded.
Hand painted floral sprays on delicate white bone china. The last picture shows the shadow of my finger inside the cup.
