    Used. Comes in non-original packaging.  It has scuffs and scratches from normal use.
    Notes:
    When power was applied this item ran very smoothly.  It was not tested under a load.  Without any labels on the spindle the dispenser continued to spin until we put an object (like a label) in front of the sensor, which made it stop.  When the object was removed the labeler continued to rotate again.  No further testing was performed.  NOTE: This dispenser does not come equipped with labels.  We have a large quantity of these and a few of these do not have the model number stamped on the front label. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
