This is quite a stack of all original snapshot photos, about 200 photos, taken by charles valorz, a us soldier military police,  right around first to mid part of 1945, a few photos taken in hawaii, the majority taken in japan, okinawa area, ryukyu islands, a few in hawaii...There is also a Christmas card hand signed by the MP Soldier!
There are about 200 photos, many of them are mostly 4x5 in size, a few are larger 5x7 size, some of them are 3x4 and some 10-15 of them even smaller.
They show soldier's life, japanese life, a few graphic war casualties, japanese soldiers, signing of the ryukyu islands surrender, damaged buildings, some aircraft........
There is also quite a stack of photos of the soldier and his family taken upon his return home with his family and son, BUT i am not counting those in the 200, those are extras and are not photographed.
Some of the photographs are hand marked on the back as to what they show or where taken.
The photos are in great overall condition, most are straight with a varying front concave wave / curl visible in the very first photo! The stack is also accompanied by a couple of letters / covers from the soldier sent in 1945, as well as a newspaper cutout which mentions the soldier.
Very good lot of snapshot photos, all original black n white, all are clean with no moisture involved and no funny smells
