excellent
shape
but has some discoloration on back.
The
ribbon
is curled up and slightly frayed at bottom tips and exhibits some fading and discoloration. The
nameplate
is slightly bent; but for all I know maybe it was like that new. The ribbon remains well-attached to name plate.
