is highly detailed; with all lettering legible. It exhibits some discoloration and nicks/dings on both sides.
The
ribbon
is torn and frayed and exhibits some fading and discoloration. The nameplate is nice shape; except for the fact that the pin is a bit crusty/corroded. The ribbon remains well-attached to name plate.
